Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices shown on our website include VAT.

How is my credit card handled? I'm worried...
Currently all credit card transactions are handled by PayPal for CD sets (not resellers). You can rest assured they are safe. We never view any of your card details and we have no access to them.

How do I order multiple CD sets?
Select multiple order on the right. Input desired amount! (click Update Totals too)

Do I need a PayPal account to order from NetBSDShop.com?
No, you can still use a standard debit/credit card. PayPal just handle the transaction for us. Just follow the Buy Now buttons.

Can I wire you the money? I would rather not use PayPal...
Yes, not a problem. Just send us a quick email (orders@netbsdshop.com) containing what you would like and your address. We will then respond with our payment details and total. Once payment has been received we will then acknowledge it via email. Your order is complete!

Do you offer insurance/tracking?
Yes, we offer insurance at an extra (small) cost. You can select this by choosing the CD set with the insured package option. If you are concerned with your package being lost in the postal system please choose this (this is the most secure method RoyalMail offer). The insured package is already included on multiple orders (for free).

Are these official OpenBSD CDs?
Yes! 100% legitimate copies purchased from the NetBSD Project. You will be helping to fund the project.

What are the shipping costs?

What are your returns policy?

How are the CD sets packaged?
All CDs are packaged in a secure 'Jiffy' envelope.
